An East Lake man is charged with felony battery after placing a stranger in a headlock, according to Pinellas County Sheriff's Deputies.
Deputies arrested Bradley S. Bonsel, 36, shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, after responding to a 911 call at a residence located on Ashwick Court in Palm Harbor.
Deputies say Bonsel approached the victim from behind and placed him in a headlock. The victim did not know Bonsel and had to physically break free from the headlock to get away from him, according to an arrest affidavit.
