Conceptual plans to bring a Whole Foods Market to space at Countryside Mall in Clearwater are set for an initial, official review Wednesday.

There are more signs Whole Foods Market is coming to Westfield Countryside Mall in Clearwater. For example: The renderings planners filed in order to get direction from officials with the city's Building Plan Review Committee about bringing the nearly 38,000-square-foot store to space sliced out of the Sears at the mall. The committee is expected to review Wednesday the conceptual plans, which show different views of a modern facade and the Whole Foods logo. Sears would keep the south entrance near BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and the service and merchandise pick-up entrances on the north part of the building. New facades would be installed at the Sears entrances. The four loading bay docks would be split. Tarpon Restauranteur Opens Bikini BBQ and Brew Restaurant in Palm Harbor

Bill Pappas is the owner of the new restaurant, "Bikini BBQ and Brew" on Florida Avenue. Of course, there will be beer and bikinis, like the restaurant's name implies!

A new eatery in Old Downtown Palm Harbor will offer customers a casual place to hang out and dine. The Bikini BBQ and Brew is located at 1019 Florida Avenue in the former location of the Old Towne Cafe. Bill Pappas, 47, who also owns Captain Pappas Fish Market in Tarpon Springs, came up with the new restaurant's theme during a gathering at his home. "I was entertaining friends and relatives in the back yard and we said we should open a restaurant similar to when you have a party in your back yard, like a pool party," said Pappas, who has opened 11 restaurants in his career but is not related to the owners of Louis Pappas Market Cafe in Tarpon Springs. Gun Magazine Maker Eyes Tampa Bay?

The Tampa Bay Young Republicans say Colorado’s loss could be the Bay’s gain. What do you think about it?

As the Wild West gets milder due to gun control laws a manufacturer that produces high-capacity gun magazines is looking to move out of Colorado. The Tampa Bay Young Republicans want that manufacturer, Magpul Industries, to roll out of Boulder and land somewhere in Hillsborough County, according to the Tampa Bay Times. The company makes gun magazines that hold up to 30 rounds and has about 200 people on its payroll, the Times reported. Magpul's motto is "Unfair Advantage," according to its website. The passage of a law in Colorado that bans gun magazines that hold more than 15 rounds has made Boulder a rather unwelcoming place for the company.
