Cell Phones on Planes: Tired of having to stop reading your e-book when your plane takes off or lands? The New York Times reports that may soon change. The Federal Aviation Administration is looking at new rules that would allow passengers more freedom in the skies. Making calls during flight and surfing the web during takeoff and landing would still be no-nos. What do you think? Is it time for the rules to change?
