Barking Dog In Starbucks: What Would You Do?

We spotted a dog inside the East Lake Starbucks Tuesday afternoon.

Imagine relaxing with a cup of coffee inside Starbucks and all of a sudden you hear a bark.

It happened Tuesday afternoon at the East Lake Starbucks. A woman was seated in a chair and a small black dog sat in her lap as she read from an electronic device.

No one seemed to notice until the dog started barking at people when they walked into the coffee shop.

A customer notified one if the baristas that a dog was in the coffee shop. The customer said that the woman told the barista it was a service dog.

When the dog continued to bark, the woman and the dog left.

The dog, which looked like it weighed between 10 and 12 pounds, was not wearing a jacket that said it was a service dog.

So, what would you have done if you were inside Starbucks and saw this? Would you complain, ignore the barking, or confront the woman?
