Prosecutors will not file charges against security guard Seth Browning, who shot and killed Brandon Baker, 30, of Palm Harbor back in March. Documents obtained by Palm Harbor Patch reveal that Baker had cocaine and alcohol in his system when he attacked Browning.

A female runner says she was attacked on her street. "This incident is of great concern to us because it had sexual overtones to it and the type of attack that it was," said Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri, who lives in the subdivision where the attack occurred.
November 2012: Palm Harbor Dentists Smiling About Fluoride's Future In Pinellas County
Dr. Johnny Johnson and Dr. Oscar Menendez used tooth costumes, a billboard and the Internet to let people know they wanted voters to get rid of commissioners who removed fluoride from the county's water. Their strategy worked.
December 2012: Deadly Deer Encounters Traumatize East Lake Drivers
A rash of deadly deer encounters on East Lake Road has local activists calling for change. "There's a lot of blood on the road. You drive on the road and you see all the blood and it doesn't speak well for our community," said Barb Walker, an East Lake resident and mother of two children.
