What TV Shows Do You Miss the Most?

The hoopla surrounding the end of "Breaking Bad" makes it clear that Americans love their television. Is there a long-gone show that you still yearn to watch?

The exploits of Walter White, high school chemistry teacher turned meth kingpin, are over, but the headlines about the show’s passing cast a light on just how seriously we seem to take our television.

On the brink of a possible government shutdown, stories about Walt’s escapades coming to a close can be found in the news both regionally and nationally. Commentary about the show’s final episode even made it into the top slots on both the Tampa Bay Times and Tampa Tribune websites the morning after (Sept. 30). Pieces on the drama in Washington, D.C., did not.

The AMC original clearly had a strong following. In the days before the final episode, Forbes predicted more than 8 million people would tune in to watch the final chapter in Walt’s dark, anti-hero story. While the viewership numbers aren’t out yet, the social media world is on fire with laments about the show’s passing.
