Coastal Properties Group International announces merger with Alva International Real Estate

Clearwater, FL  (January 2014) –Coastal Properties Group International, the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in Tampa Bay, has announced that is has merged with St. Petersburg real estate firm Alva International. The Alva office, located in downtown St. Petersburg at 238 Beach Drive, will be re-opening as a Coastal Properties Group International location in early January 2014.
