Gov. Rick Scott signed a bill that will give parents of special education students a greater voice in the education process, according to TBO.com.
The bill will give parents a voice in the way the education program is shaped around their individual child's needs.
The bill also guarantees each child will have access to resources that will best help them in their educational path.
